90 Minute Strategy Call

Many of the parents I have supported find that a strategy call is helpful when they are feeling stuck or unsure about how to resolve a challenge in their home.

These calls can be all the support you need or they are a great first step in determining if parent coaching is right for you.  If you decide to continue coaching, your Strategy call payment is credited to the coaching package of your choice.

After purchasing this strategy session you will receive an email with a link to schedule the meeting with Jaci.

Directly after selecting a date and time you will be asked a series of questions.  When you have answered the questions of your choosing your appointment will be scheduled and you will receive a confirmation.

I look forward to supporting you!

Below is a list of questions that are typically helpful to answer before or during the strategy call.  I encourage you to add your own at the end of the form.

Spouse/Partner/Other Parent/Guardian’s Name (if applicable):

Other Child(ren) - Ages:

Any health problems/medications for any of the children?

School – Grade of your child and siblings (optional)

Have you or your child(ren) worked with a counselor/therapist/coach?
If so, when/why?

Child’s Favorite Hobbies/Sports/Interests:

Tell me about your spiritual life, if any. Is it important for your coach to be sensitive to your spiritual beliefs with regard to parent coaching?

What would you consider to be your strengths as a parent?

What would you consider to be your biggest challenges as a parent?

What would you say is your intended parenting philosophy/style? If there is more than one parent, would you say you and your co-parent are in agreement on this issue? Please explain.

From a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the strength of your current parent/child connection? (1=no connection at all and 10=very strong connection) If more than one parent answer separately. Please explain.

Parent Coaching is not Therapy. What are the specific concerns or issues that made you consider parent coaching rather than or in addition to parent coaching?

What have you found beneficial (what works) regarding parenting your child?

What else do you want me to know about your child, yourself and/or your family?
